| Toronto District School Board trustee Howard Goodman has been charged with forcible confinement and criminal harassment. |
Toronto police spokesman Victor Kwong said the alleged incidents date from the fall of 2013 to the present, and involve one alleged victim.
While neither police nor the board would identify that person, several sources have told the Star it is Director of Education Donna Quan.
Goodman, 63, was arrested Wednesday morning, and released around 11:30 a.m., police said. He is set to appear in court on Dec. 18. (more...)
