Police raid Leon Brittan’s properties in London and Yorkshire

Police raided the two homes of former home secretary Lord Brittan last week as they investigate allegations of child sex abuse, Exaro can reveal.

In a highly secret operation, detectives from the Metropolitan Police Service’s ‘Operation Midland’ swooped on the late Lord Brittan’s houses in London and Yorkshire on Wednesday. They also raided the home of the former head of the armed forces, Lord Bramall.  (more...)
