Currently living in the Owen Sound area, Matthew Dale Palmer, 48, was charged with two counts of sexual exploitation in connection with incidents in Northumberland County, said Northumberland OPP Constable Steve Bates. The charges were laid on Aug. 27, 2014 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 9 in Cobourg court, said Const. Bates. (more...)
