Activate your children's potential for goodness and greatness

In a previous post, we said that parents should not forget to put faith in their children's back to school supplies. As children return to school for another year, they face many moral challenges put there by the schools and the government. You would think that the Ministry of Education and school boards could be trusted to protect children from moral harm, but instead it's those who are in charge of education that must be made accountable and closely monitored. In this blog entry, we want to review some of the moral problems faced by students and then offer some possible solutions to counter this anti-Christian culture and its schooling.This is our way of helping parents evangelize to their own children. It's a brief answer to the question: what does it mean to learn and above all live the essentials of faith?

Since 2009, the school system, both the Catholic and the public, have been using a number euphemisms to promoting homosexuality. Remember that it was pushed into the schools by the positive sounding title of the Equity and Inclusive Education Strategy. It was done by the McGuinty/Wynne Liberal government. Oh sure they told parents that it was about protecting children from bullying and safe schools. This was a lie. Instead, it has turned out to be about the sexual abuse of children by "grooming " them.   (more...)
