Socialist Studies: Elementary Teachers Union Publishes Curriculum Document Stuffed With Left-Wing Indoctrination

Begin by looking at the cover of the curriculum document, which contains the word "activism."  This alone tells us that the next 200 pages will be about how teachers should train kids to be left-wing activists.

A grade four lesson in this document is called "Get Involved!  Environmental Activist."  The synopsis for this lesson says that environmentalists are "activists who encourage others to change their attitudes and develop habits that benefit the environment.  They also pressure governments to create better environmental laws."  (The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario, which published this document, has among other things, been active in opposing oil pipelines).

In fact, the lesson plan suggests that the grade four students "write letters to government leaders asking them to ban pesticides" and then directs them to propaganda sites like Greenpeace.

And of course, the most popular form of indoctrination in the school system - sex & gender indoctrination.  (more...)
