Because of all the uproar over the Affordable Care Act, you may not have heard about the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, another Orwellian-named piece of legislation that will sneak a host of unproven assumptions about human sexuality into people's daily lives, rob Americans of choice about their identity, and open up millions of people to juridical torture by the ever-vicious and constantly litigious gay lobby.
Below are some basic conservative critiques of ENDA, which, under seemingly innocent pretenses, purports to add "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to the federally acknowledged list of protected classes, alongside race, sex, color, and religion. (
