The ETFO has an LGBT Committee

I'm not surprised.  I wonder if the committee was responsible for handing out cross-dressing picture books to teachers at the latest ETFO Gay Straight Alliance Symposium.  Or if they were behind the ETFO's "Eliminate Mother's Day and Father's Day" campaign (the ETFO has since said they don't want to replace Mother's Day and Father's Day after all).
