The Metropolitan was called to investigate, and on his investigation, he had the icon removed from its place where it was hung in order to check whether there was a device or moisture was getting into the icon. Upon investigation, the Metropolitan suggested that perhaps could be from moisture in church. He ordered that the icon be moved to the Church of the Dormition (seems that the Dormition is almost always involved with miraculous icons in one way or another). (more...)
