Family of Faith campaign: why we will not support it

How can the children of today announce the Gospel tomorrow when our Church leaders have
allowed the government to fully implement in schools the religion of secularization and
political correctness?

By now if your Catholic and go to church regularly, you have been invited to be part of the Family of Faith campaign. This is an initiative to raise at least $105 million to support the pastoral plan of the Archdiocese of Toronto. It was started in 2014 in a number parishes. This year 2015 all parishes have been instructed to participate.

The pastoral plan has five main elements: 1) Parish Life, 2) Vocations, 3) Evangelization of Society, 3) Catholic Outreach in Justice and Love, and 5) The Cathedral as a Sign of our Mission. These are all important and worthwhile faith goals. The Archdiocese has provided an example for parishes to implement these spiritual goals along with their own local needs.
