CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - A middle school math teacher and Boy Scout troop leader accused of sexually abusing children bonded out of jail Thursday.
Detectives in Rowan County say James Barringer III molested three young boys. Barringer is just the latest person in our area whose job it was to take care of your children, but is now charged with sex crimes.
The following men and woman mentioned below were not registered sex offenders before their alleged encounters.
