Durham police launched an investigation after a recent disclosure by a man that he and a teacher were involved in a sexual relationship in 1996, when he was 15. The accused was 42 at the time of the alleged offence, police said.
On April 3 Heather Earl, 60, of Aspen Springs Drive in Bowmanville was charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation. She was released on an undertaking with conditions. (more...)
