Bo Zou, 34, is alleged to have assaulted an 18-year-old woman near Dundas Street East and Dalhousie Street, just south of the Ryerson University campus, on July 30, 2012. Police believe Mr. Zou operates under the business avatar of Jay Dreamcollector.
Mr. Zou was arrested and scheduled to make his first court appearance at College Park on Monday. (more...)
