Catholic board's letter to parents about the radical sex curriculum: read between the lines

Catholic District school Board by the director Patricia Preston. It's to let the parents know that the children will be taught the new radical sex curriculum starting in the Spring of 2016. Here what the letter says (we have bolded some sections):
Dear Parents and/or Guardians,
The Institute for Catholic Education has prepared parent information brochures which introduce our Family Life.
Education program, Fully Alive. This program, which is for Grades 1 – 8, is sponsored by the Catholic bishops of Ontario. It is the result of discussion, consultation, and work by bishops, Catholic educators, Catholic school trustees, and parents.
In Catholic schools, Family Life Education is closely connected to Religious Education, and also addresses some of the expectations of the Health and Physical Education Curriculum Guidelines. Fully Alive’s approach to human life, relationships, and sexuality is guided by our Catholic faith. As communicated to you in June, we will begin teaching the new curriculum this coming Spring 2016.  (more...)
