Ryan Hachey, 32, of Rothesay, is accused of sexual assault and sexual exploitation while being in a position of trust or authority toward a young person and touching them, directly or indirectly, with a part of his body, or with an object, for a sexual purpose.
The offences are alleged to have occurred in Quispamsis between Jan. 1, 2007, and Jan. 1, 2009.
Both charges carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. (more...)
