Ontario’s largest labour federation announces news conference before Tuesday protest of Sammy Yatim shooting

As Toronto residents prepare to gather Tuesday to protest the police shooting of Sammy Yatim, the province’s largest labour federation has announced a pre-rally news conference with families of victims of police violence.
The event, co-hosted by the Ontario Federation of Labour and the Urban Alliance on Race Relations, comes two weeks after police fatally shot Mr. Yatim.
