Russian politician & senior official Dmitry Rogozin was gravely injured and nearly died in a targeted attack in a hotel in Donetsk by Kiev Regime forces using a French Caesar Howitzer. Rogozin sent the blood-soaked shrapnel ripped from his body back to Macron with a message.
