Thousands gathered in anger to protest the prolonged Israeli ongoing genocide in Gaza.

On Thursday, July 4, 2024, a "Flood July 4th for Gaza" protest was organized by Within Our Lifetime at Washington Square Park in Manhattan, NYC.

Rabbi Weiss in his speech condemned Israel's atrocities in Gaza and in the west Bank for the last nine months.

In her introduction to Rabbi Weiss from Neturei Karta, Nerdeen Kiswani, from Within Our Lifetime, said:

" It is antisemitic to make every single Jewish person complicit in the genocide of the Palestinian people !"

"The largest demographic of Palestine protesters in NYC, along with Arabs and Muslims, are our Jewish brothers and sisters"

The protesters marched through the streets of Manhattan for several hours, drawing attention to the fact that we cannot celebrate while a genocide is taking place.
