Prominent US Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has denied that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, and said that God will curse the US if they pull their support for Tel Aviv.

At a South Carolina Republican Party meeting on Wednesday, Graham said: "If America pulls the plug on Israel, God will pull the plug on us".

He went on to state: "Israel is not the bad guys. They’re the good guys. The bad guys are the radical Islamists who would kill everybody in this room if they could".

The comments come amid Israel’s ongoing starvation of Gaza and its indiscriminate war on the territory, which kills scores of people every day.

The 22 month war has caused an unprecedented humanitarian crisis and soaring malnutrition rates due to Israel preventing the entry of aid.

The war has been determined to be a genocide by leading rights groups, including Amnesty International.

The controversial remarks were met with fierce backlash, particularly by fellow Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene.

She hit out further, writing: "I am also completely amazed that Israel and their aligned groups like AIPAC (who is breaking the law by not registering under FARA) takes Members of Congress, and Conservative social media influencers (like TPUSA) on all expenses paid trips to Israel, and welcomes a steady stream of conservative media outlets in order to keep the funding stream going".

She further raised awareness on Israel’s ongoing starvation of Palestinians in Gaza, where over 239 people have died as a result of malnutrition.

"Funding and blindly supporting an ally who is starving children is not going to bring God’s favour on America, as a matter of fact, I’ll argue it will instead bring God’s wrath," Greene wrote.

Palestinians in Gaza are living some of the worst days in almost two years of genocide, amid deepening starvation and relentless massacres, as Israel moves ahead with a renewed attempt to occupy Gaza City.

Meanwhile, the resistance continues to inflict losses on an Israeli army that is exhausted and in disarray – albeit one still more than capable of deliberately mass murdering civilians.

This holocaust is enabled in large part by US tech companies, which provide services directly to the Israeli army while censoring solidarity activists, journalists and Palestinians inside and outside their homeland.

This has prompted current and former Microsoft workers to stage encampments outside the company’s US headquarters, demanding an end to that tech giant’s complicity. 

We speak to Omar Zahzah, author of Terms of Servitude, a groundbreaking new book documenting how digital platforms and tech companies based in the United States support Israeli settler-colonialism and genocide.

A report uncovered evidence that military cargo for Israel’s war on Gaza was loaded onto commercial passenger airlines, including over a dozen flights from Montreal.

Trudeau International Airport is a key node in the supply chain of Canadian military exports to Israel and transported military cartridges to Tel Aviv as recently as Thursday.

Another shipment of bullets from the General Dynamics plant in Repentigny to the airport in Dorval is scheduled for Friday but a group of protesters announced they would intercept and block the delivery.

Gur Tsabar, a spokesperson for Independent Jewish Voices, told The Rover these latest shipments follow 19 others from the Montreal airport that were documented in a report, Exposing Canadian military exports to Israel, published last month. The report was compiled by researchers from World Beyond War, the Palestinian Youth Movement, Independent Jewish Voices and Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East. 

Using commercial shipping records with Israeli import data as evidence, the report made headlines after its launch last month. It details 19 shipments of military goods from Montreal-based Canadian suppliers to several Israel-based Elbit Systems subdivisions, with three shipments of cartridges to Tel Aviv from April 2024 to July 2025 — the latest leaving Montreal on July 18, 2025.  (more...)

CIA spymaster James Angleton shaped the US-Israeli relationship in secrecy. Newly unredacted files shed light on his wanton betrayal of his country to assist Israel’s theft of US nuclear material and global spying operations.

Veteran CIA counterintelligence chief James Angleton secretly oversaw a top-level spy ring involving Jewish émigrés and Israeli operatives without “any clearances” from Congress or Langley itself, according to recently declassified documents published as part of the Trump administration’s pledge to disclose all available information on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

The files provide a fresh and often disturbing look at a spy described by historian Jefferson Morley as “a leading architect of America’s strategic relationship with Israel,” detailing Angleton’s role in transforming the Mossad into a fearsome agency with global reach, while assisting Israel’s theft of US nuclear material and protecting Zionist terrorists.

Angleton established the Jewish emigre spying network in the aftermath of WWII, with the apparent goal of infiltrating the Soviet Union. But as the files show, the spymaster considered his “most important” task to be maintaining the supply of Jewish immigrants flowing from the Soviet Union towards the burgeoning Israeli state.

According to Angelton, his Jewish assets were responsible for 22,000 reports on the USSR, generating several intelligence masterstrokes. Chief among them was the publication of Soviet Prime Minister Nikita Kruschev’s famous 1956 secret speech denouncing Stalin, which the spymaster boasted “practically created revolutions in Hungary and Poland.” Elsewhere, Angleton bragged that his arrangement with Israel had produced “500 Polish intelligence officers who were Jewish” who “knew more about Polish intelligence than the Poles.”  (more...)
