The Dangerous Omission from U.S. Mideast Peace Plan

 

Underneath the glitz, the glitter and the chatter of self-congratulation, what's missing from the present peace initiative in southwest Asia is a plan for mutual benefit, to provide lasting incentives for an end to conflict.
