In a landmark judgement the British Employment Tribunal has found that the University of Bristol wrongfully dismissed Professor David Miller and discriminated against him because of his political views about, which it held to be "protected" beliefs, "worthy of respect in a democratic society". We speak to Professor Miller about what that means for him going forward and how this ruling may have a ripple effect on other such instances of discrimination.
