Palestinian-American historian and Edward Said Professor of Modern Arab Studies at Columbia University Rashid Khalidi explains the connection between wars abroad and wars at home, fascism and imperialism and why Israel could never exist and there would be no war on Gaza without the direct participation of the United States.
