A new book from former Boston Globe reporter Curtis Wilkie, "When Evil Lived in Laurel: The White Knights and the Murder of Vernon Dahmer," offers a rare look into the inner workings of white supremacist organizations, and how their violence was aided and abetted by politicians, law enforcement, and the media.
