Terry Parker: Unwitting Victim of “Psychosurgery" in Toronto

MKULTRA CIA abuse accountability corruption medicine misconduct bioethics healthcare Nazi research science mental illness psychiatry

... My medical records and X-rays disclose unauthorized "psychosurgical" and "brain implant" experimentation, without informed consent, nor parental knowledge.  This information correlates with the CIA MK-ULTRA project of "psychosurgical" and "brain implant" research upon "unwitting subjects".   Those subjects being myself, and other children who suffer epilepsy, at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children.

Since Dec. 9,1969, I have always experienced pain along the cranium incision line, which has been diagnosed as cerebral hemmorahaging by Dr. Derek Jones of Toronto St. Michael's Hospital.    I have also experienced increase and variation in seizures, along with episodes of status epilepticus.

More off the wall, these 43 unauthorized metallic implants in the cerebral cortex, are recognized as Manchurian candidate developmental research. Such research, in which my mother and myself, had no choice, and is not conducive for treating epilepsy, according to Operating Theatre technique, by R. J. Brigden, (1969) outlining neurosurgical standard for that year.

While the Ontario College of Physicians & Surgeons play obstruction of justice, damage control, and concealment, I have a patient advocate informing me of a "on-going problem".

Would appreciate some media coverage on this criminal cover-up, as to discover how many other children have been covertly exploited for unauthorized human experimentation.  (more...)

The story of MKULTRA in Canada has never been properly told It was a “pan-Canadian” phenomenon, not limited to Montreal and Dr Cameron. In the early sixties, much of what had been a McGill University program was gradually transferred to Toronto, specifically to York University and an emerging counter-cultural scene that became a breeding ground for many Fabian- and Tavistock-influenced movements and programs. Saskatchewan was another centre for MKULTRA mind control, about which very little has been written.

Unfortunately, Canada’s publishing industry is very much a product of that covert expansion of MKULTRA throughout Canada. Books like Anne Collins’ The Sleep Room presented a partial account but failed to get at the roots (in British eugenics and Nazi psychiatry) or hint at the vastness of this program, which was secretly promoted at the highest levels of our establishment.

As MKULTRA is now fully mainstreamed, showing up in popular entertainment, it’s being watered down and reframed in some very peculiar ways. This could be because, contrary to the CIA’s attempts to debunk and deny their existence, MKULTRA experiments on a generation were wildly successful in taking over most of the culture. In that sense, MKULTRA is US.
