The decision was handed down on Wednesday in a St. Catharines courtroom by Judge Tory Colvin of the Ontario Court of Justice.
Triano, 80, who is confined to a wheelchair, sat at the front of the courtroom next to his lawyer, Frank Addario, while the judge reviewed medical evidence and testimony in the case.
During an earlier court appearance on Jan. 21, a full day was set aside so that a fitness hearing could be conducted. (more...)
