A review of drug trafficking from South and Central America over the last 50 years shows that U.S. intelligence agencies are continuing to cover-up for the real drug traffickers. My brief review today identifies the coordination between organized crime, U.S.-British intelligence agencies and international financial institutions at the center of drug trafficking.
