TEN CAMPUS STORIES FAR MORE OUTRAGEOUS THAN MILEY CYRUS TWERKING

Pop music star Miley Cyrus recently set the nation abuzz with her performance at the MTV music video awards. Apparently the country was aghast to see a scantily clad Millennial thrusting her hips sexually, as if that were a big deal.
The cover of this week’s People magazine includes a picture of Cyrus with her tongue sticking out and the headline: “Miley’s Mayhem: Taking Things Too Far?”
It’s clear from the reaction that average folks have not kept up with the news coming out of college campuses nowadays, because Cyrus’ hip thrusts pale in comparison to today’s university-based antics.
In the last school year alone there’s a parade of examples on which The College Fix has reported that makes Cyrus’ act look like a kiddie-ride at Disneyland:  (more...)

Bishop of Basel Allows Blessings of Same Sex Pairs -- Homo-Schism in the Swiss Church?

(Basel) Catholic teaching is clear by divine revelation on the subject of homosexuality. The Bible uses strong words to describe the phenomenon of sexual disorder. Nevertheless, there are Catholic priests who are unfaithful to the Church's teaching and give aberrosexual couples even their blessings. Die Neue Zürcher Zeitung published an article on 28 July calling attention to the contradiction. Adamim, the “Association of Gay Pastors of Switzerland ", another paradox, advertises on its website the “Offer” of homosexual-friendly priests who are willing to also bless aberrosexual couples in a religious ceremony. It would be no exaggeration to assume that among the 20 homoheretical priests that there are at least some active sexually. Such as "Mario, Cath. Pastor” on Adamim’s page, must tell of his aberrosexual history without being a whit ashamed, although he is a Catholic priest.  (more...)

If we have to have gay male weddings, can we please not have so many December-May gay male weddings?

My gay conservative ally who shall remain nameless sent me this article with some gloomy commentary:
...

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is officiating at a wedding between a man who's 59 years old and a man who's 32 years old. Perhaps when you are as old as Ginsburg and your eyesight is that bad, you may not notice that one groom is old enough to be the other groom's father. Or perhaps if you are Ruth Bader Ginsburg, you mistakenly think that the 59-year-old is walking the 32-year-old down as the father of the bride, to give away the younger man to another groom on Skype somewhere.

This comes on the heels of the stories about the high-profile marriage between Glenn Greenwald, who is 46, and his hunky Latino plaything, who's 28.

So I guess it's normal, if we give people years of courtship, for 52-year-old men to pick up 25 year old men, or for 36-year-old men to pick up 18-year-old men, and then for their chemistry to ripen into marriage.

Ewwwwwwww!

For those of you who have never been "immersed" in homosexual lifestyles, let me throw out two words that will help you understand all of this: "daddy issues."  (more...)

This week in anal hazing in American high schools

As The Daily Caller reported in June, anal hazing has apparently become some kind of bizarre ritual in American high schools. In the past year, there have been more than a dozen hazing incidents around the country involving at least 40 high school boys who have been sodomized by other boys using foreign objects or their fingers.

This week brought two fresh stories which follow the primary pattern: older male high school athletes decided it would be a good idea to sexually assault younger male high school athletes.

In the Boston area, police arrested three members of the boys junior varsity soccer team at Somerville High School for allegedly assaulting freshmen team members at a sports camp in over the summer, reports The Boston Globe.

The team had gone to a place called Camp Lenox in southwestern Massachusetts for team-building purposes in preparation for the upcoming fall season.

All three students who were arrested are juniors. One, Galileo Mondol, is 17 years old. The other two are 16 and remain unidentified.

The trio allegedly went into a freshman cabin at the camp and sexually assaulted three students.

“The incident goes far beyond hazing. This is rape,” Joseph A. Curtatone, the mayor of Somerville, told The Globe.  (more...)

Erototoxin

When pornography is viewed, the autonomic nervous system overrides volitional control, especially in the absence of frontal-lobe inhibition in the person's brain. The direct route of pictorial erototoxic stimuli (which links lust to fear and shame) is through the eye, to the visual cortex in the brain, down the spinal cord, and into the reproductive organs, overriding and hijacking the frontal cortical areas of the brain, where reason and cognition are located. The process thus occurs without the viewer's informed consent or awareness. Thus begins addiction.
The term erototoxin has been introduced by Judith Reisman, PhD, in order to operationalize how the human brain processes erotically stimulating intimate scenes that appear outside, in the public media, a documentably unnatural, dangerous environment for such scenes. The resulting harms to the observer may present as physical impotence and/or as emotional, in the inability to bond. Such psychopharmacological dysfunctions will afflict many or all repeated pornography users. While the visual stimulus' entry into the limbic system is virtually automatic and autonomic, it still allows for some levels of frontal cortical discernment commonly undeveloped in the adolescent brain. Although the tragedy of pornography use is thoroughly documented anecdotally, science is just beginning to confirm the involuntary anti cognitive nature of media eros.

Neurosurgeons Hilton and Watts explain in Pornography addiction: A neuroscience perspective, that all addictions cause chemical, anatomical and pathological brain changes "collectively labeled hypofrontal syndromes ... damage to the 'braking system' of the brain ... well known to clinical neuroscientists, especially neurologists and neurosurgeons." "Patients with traumatic injuries to this area of the brain" the authors report, "display problems-aggressiveness, poor judgment of future consequences, inability to inhibit inappropriate responses that are similar to those observed in substance abusers." Dr. Nora Volkow, head of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) stated, "addictions such as pornography ..." Hilton and Watts agree. They urge a medical study of "the pathology of pornography" similar to the study of cholera, when its Public Health implications were "perhaps as primitive as that of pornography today."  (more...)

Judges Say Pedophiles are the Real Victims

This Week’s Sign the Apocalypse is Upon Us

Imagine, if you will, the beauty of a morally-neutral world. Nothing is anybody’s fault, nothing is evil, no one can judge. Sounds like a recipe for utopia to me!

But what about when, Gaia forbid, bad things happen to inherently-good people? What happens when, in the course of following our lusts and baser evolutionary urges, we run afoul some other humanoid?  Fear not, my self-preserving homo sapiens: you’re automatically a victim.

For instance, if you happen to rape a child, you’re actually the victim. Not the 14-year old upon whom you forced yourself. You.  (more...)

Ontario graduates pay most tuition, get least jobs

TORONTO - Statistics Canada data suggests Ontario post-secondary students are more likely to end up back on the family couch than graduates from other provinces, even though they pay the costliest university tuition in the country.

The Labour Force survey, posted on the Council of Ontario Universities website, shows Ontario grads have a higher rate of unemployment than their equivalents in other parts of Canada.

An Ontario university student with a bachelor's degree had a 6% rate of unemployment in 2012, compared to the national average of 5.2% for students with the same educational attainment.

The average rate of unemployment for a student with a bachelor's degree from the nine other provinces was 4.7%.  (more...)
