Msgr. Vincent Foy: Moral and Legal Rights and Obligations of Catholics Regarding Harmful Sex Education

I continue to receive complaints and questions about the grave problems with the Ontario Liberal government’s Ministry of Education new revised Health & Physical Education (HPE) curriculum (which includes sex and same-sex education) that they plan to implement in September 2015 and the existing Ontario Bishops’ Fully Alive sex-education curriculum.  (more...)
