A Parent's Guide for sexual education of children ICE should have developed

Everyday for Life Canada posts a very practical and useful article on the topic of sex education for children. It was first posted by Catholic Insight. It's titled, "A Catholic Parent's Back to School Guide for Sexual Education in the Home" by Diane Wood. It's the kind of guide that the Institute for Catholic Education (ICE) should have provided for parents instead of simply supporting the government's radical and age-inappropriate and radical sex curriculum. Parents need a guide that supports not contradicts Catholic doctrine on marriage, family, human sexuality and the person. We believe it's also a good resource for parents who are not Catholic. There are not as many parents jumping for joy this year as they get their children ready for going back to school. The new Ontario Sex Ed Program has done a lot to put a damper on things for Canadian parents.  (more...)
