Treason exposed: New LGBT group pushes Tories to abandon social conservatives

Canada's managed opposition takes a predictable dive.

TORONTO, July 3, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) -- The newly founded association LGBTory, or the Rainbow Conservatives of Canada, was behind the first organized Conservative contingent – which included Ontario PC leader Patrick Brown – to march in last Sunday’s Toronto’s Pride parade, says spokesman Jamie Ellerton.

“LGBTory came together as grassroots effort in Toronto to establish a strong presence during Pride Toronto 2015,” Ellerton told LifeSiteNews in an email. “We worked very hard over the past three months” with the result that “over 50 Conservative and PC members” marched in the June 27 event.

As well as Brown, the Tory Pride delegation included Ottawa-area MPPs Lisa Macleod (Nepean-Carleton) and Jack MacLaren (Carleton-Mississippi Mills), MP Kellie Leitch (Simcoe-Grey, Minister of Labour and Status of Women), MP Bernard Trottier (Etobicoke-Lakeshore) and “candidates in the upcoming federal election, and candidates of record from the 2014 provincial election,” Ellerton wrote.  (more...)
