Canada’s struggle for existence as a sovereign nation has been caught between two opposing views of mankind represented by the British and American System of social organization. As the great economist Henry C. Carey laid out while he was advancing the policy of Abraham Lincoln, the American System was designed to become a global system operating amongst sovereign nations for the progress and mutual benefit of each and all. By the end of the 19th century, American System thinking was resonating with statesmen and patriots in all corners of the globe who were fed up with the ancient imperial system of British Free Trade that had always strived to maintain a world divided and monopolized.

Although British propagandists had made every attempt to keep the illusion of the sacredness of the British System alive in the minds of its subjects, the undeniable increase of quality of life, and creative thought expressed by the American System everywhere it was applied become too strong to ignore… especially within colonies such as Canada that had long suffered a fragmented, and underdeveloped identity as the price paid for loyalty to the British Empire.  (more...)

Severe rift between Warsaw and Kiev over agriculture widening

 

In the tense relations between Warsaw and Kiev, mistakes can be made that lead to a break, said the former Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture, Tymofiy Mylovanov, in an article published in the Washington Post.

“I am worried about this because, you know, the history is not given, it’s not predetermined. Actions of individuals, especially political leaders, matter — matter a lot. And I think mistakes could be made, and if mistakes are made, there would be a rift between Poland and Ukraine,” said Mylovanov, head of the Kyiv School of Economics.

In the article, Mylovanov also states that the tense bilateral relations between Warsaw and Kiev show exhaustion, conflict fatigue and “frayed nerves.”

Warsaw previously said that relations with Kiev had deteriorated recently following statements by Ukrainian politicians. One of the contentious issues is Poland’s refusal to open its border to Ukrainian grain. Kiev considers this decision to be populist. Warsaw claims it already helps Ukraine and has the right to protect its agriculture without listening to criticism.  (more...)

Canada supports ECOWAS threats against Niger, while supporting France's fostering of terrorists in the region

 

Canada has joined the NATO-led and Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) supported condemnation of Niger for a military coup against a US and French puppet government which refused to act on Islamist terrorism. Canada’s condemnation of the Niger military government comes after the Canadian military pretended to have no records on the military mission supporting the French army’s operations in Niger earlier this year, in response to ATIP requests made by The Canada Files. 

Victoria Nuland, the infamous architect of the Nazi-led Maidan coup in Ukraine, was sent over to Niger to bribe and threaten the new leadership out of cooperation with Russia and the Wagner Group, and dismantling the US military occupation. Meanwhile, Nuland was trying to coordinate a colour revolution with the detained puppet regime president, Mohamed Bazoum, but the coup leadership was clever enough to refuse the visit. 

Predatory resource extraction in Niger and other parts of Africa, and the threat to that exploitation formed by the developing anti-imperialist federation of African states, are driving this Western response to the military coup in Niger.

The response to our ATIP request would be quite comical, if the situation surrounding it wasn’t so problematic. Initially the Canadian Armed Forces claimed that too many keywords were used in our initial search for Operation PRESENCE, Operation FREQUENCE, Operation NABERIUS, and the relevant JTF-2 operations, waving around an excessively long potential extension, so we narrowed the list of words down and focused exclusively on Operation FREQUENCE and Operation NABERIUS.  (more...)

The death of George V in 1936 and why it still matters

 

On 20th January 1936, king George V, grandson of Queen Victoria and son of king Edward VII, died peacefully at his residence Sandringham House in Norfolk. George V had been ill with a respiratory infection for a few days and his death was widely expected in Britain. The king was watched over by his personal doctor, Dr. Bertrand Dawson (BD), the First Viscount of Penn, and his Irish nurse, Catherine Black.

George V's son Edward, playboy prince of Wales became king, Edward VIII. Apart from the press generated during the short, scandal-ridden reign of Nazi enthusiast Edward VIII, that was that. New era, new king, modernity, communist threat from the USSR, economic depression and the rise of herr Hitler in Germany were the main news generators of the day. But the story got a massive new twist in 1986, 50 years after the king's death, with the release of Dr. Bertrand Dawson's diaries.

As it turned out, George V did not just peacefully die of his illness. He was put to sleep by his doctor who wrote in his diary: "At about 11 o'clock I decided to determine the end and injected 3/4 grain of morphia and shortly afterwards 1 grain of cocaine into the king's distended jugular vein..." DB gave three reasons for his regicide: (1) king deserved to die in a "dignified manner"; (2) His family deserved this over the uncertainty of an anguished and prolonged death, and (3) if the king did not die before midnight, it wouldn't have been in time; his death would have missed The Times headline and would be reported first in "less appropriate evening journals."  (more...)

Is America behind massive surge in Kiev regime's child trafficking?

 

Human trafficking is certainly one of the most monstrous mass criminal activities ever undertaken by other humans (although calling them "humans" is a bit of a stretch). And yet, there's a special kind of this deeply repulsive crime that pushes it to diabolical proportions – child trafficking. Underage kids, particularly those who were abandoned, sold or have very poor/abusive family backgrounds, are by far the most vulnerable group. The depraved criminals who engage in such illicit activities specifically target unfortunate children and given there are millions of them all around the globe, particularly in war-torn areas, the "recruitment pool" is effectively endless. Unfortunately, the demand on the black market also seems to be constant and growing, making it a very lucrative and appealing prospect for criminals.

Children are usually forced into literal slavery that includes forced labor, sexual exploitation or prostitution, drug smuggling, forced begging, organ harvesting, etc. Many terrorist groups and narco-traffickers even use them as child soldiers, forcing them into dangerous firefights with rival groups or even official security forces such as the police and/or military. Although estimates vary significantly, as the exact data is incomplete at best, expectedly, the world's most populous countries have the highest number of child trafficking victims. And yet, it seems the United States is the most profitable market for such criminal activities. Back in 2018, Tim Swarens of USA Today calculated that adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the US alone. Worse yet, this is only based on available data.

In reality, this truly appalling number might be several times higher. It is estimated that up to half a million children are trafficked in the US every year, with another 300,000 at risk. Some are abducted, others are runaways, while some are sold by relatives, acquaintances and even closest family members. This is a massive business in America and it's not only present in big cities and core urban areas, but virtually everywhere, around the entire country.
