Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne’s consultation of parents regarding the new sex-ed curriculum was all smoke and mirrors.
“We committed to having a consultation with parents,” Wynne said last November, after an online survey was announced.
But results of the survey, obtained via a freedom of information request and made available to Postmedia Network, reveal the government clearly didn’t take the process seriously.
This will frustrate the many thousands of parents across Ontario still protesting material in the lead-up to the start of school Tuesday. (more...)
