Where was Premier Wynne as parents protest the sex curriculum in her own riding on Labour Day?

Just a day before the school year begins, some 1,000 protesting parents gathered in Premier Wynne's riding of Don Valley West. The rally was to protest once again the implementation of the sex curriculum as part of the Health and Physical Education program for Ontario schools. The premier must have had more important things to do on Labour Day. She was nowhere to be seen. But the parents too had other family things they could have doing had they not been forced to send another message to the Liberal government to listen to their concerns and withdraw the controversial and radical sex curriculum. The premier must realize that these parents will not go away. She continues to relentlessly push her position on the rest of the province.

Parents sending their children to school for another year already have plenty to worry about. But the government, instead of easing the process, has added extra stress and anxiety this year as it forces all schools to implement a comprehensive sex curriculum.  (more...)
