Greg White told court Thursday he and the Crown are “figuring out” a potential resolution and discussing which facts will be alleged when the matter is finally concluded. He acknowledged the numerous times the case has been in court – 23 times for some charges – but suggested most of the older charges will likely be withdrawn.
Jamey Brian Kristian, 38, was arrested in January 2014 after police received a report that a man had sexually assaulted a nine-year-old boy. An investigation by members of the criminal investigation section determined the man sexually assaulted the boy the previous summer. (more...)
