An educational assistant at a Winnipeg School Division high school is facing a number of charges related to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student.
Sheryl Ann Dyck, 42, is alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male student between March and October 2014. During this time, Dyck is alleged to have supplied the student with drugs and alcohol.
The student revealed the relationship to police, at which time the child abuse unit assisted in the investigation. (more...)
