This week we are thrilled to welcome Janet Merlo to the show. Janet is a former RCMP officer, who was central to the exposing of sexual abuse within the force. Her efforts resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement, involving over 3000 complainants from all provinces and territories, and all ranks and ages. Janet describes her time in the Force, talks about the barriers in reporting, and also expresses some hope that things will improve within the RCMP.
