A former teacher at the now defunct Sir Wilfrid-Laurier Jr. High School in Montreal North has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting one of his students.
And now Montreal police are asking any other victims to come forward.
Montreal police say there was at least one victim between 1981 and 1983, a student of Bruno Santaguida. Santaguida was teaching math at the school. The youth was under 14.
"There was a complaint that was made in August 2011 but that teacher was teaching from 1975 to 1983," said Montreal police spokesman Jean-Pierre Brabant. (more...)
