Canada Rewards Israeli Terrorism

Canada Palestine statehood genocide ethnic cleansing terrorism Nakba hasbara propaganda duplicity Mark Carney

Since Canada's announcement that it will recognize the State of Palestine come September at the annual UN General Assembly, the age old adage of the move "rewarding terror" is back in full swing. But isn't that exactly what the world did in creating the state of Israel? Reward terror.

Didn't Europe wash its hands with the blood of Palestinians? Israel was founded on terror. Its lawmakers and founders and leaders were wanted terrorists. They were assassinating and kidnapping diplomates; hanging sargeants; blowing up rail lines and hotels and ports. In fact, from 1936 to 1948, Zionist terrorists killed hundreds of people and committed more than 150 acts of terror. This doesn't even include their final act of the Nakba (the ethnic cleansing of hundreds of Palestinian villages and displacement of more than 750,000 Palestinians. Eighty percent of the refugees in Gaza are from the Nakba in 1948 and occupation of the West Bank in 1967.

Keep all of that in mind when you hear people regurgitate the absurdity that somehow recognizing Palestine is rewarding Hummus.
