Leaked emails show details of Jeffrey Epstein's decade plus long relationship with the chief of the powerful Dubai Ports world empire, Sultan Sulayem. Sulayem is one of the most powerful businessman in the Emirates, currently helping lead a push to recognize the new state of Somaliland, and who was a key conduit for Epstein as he spent years building ties between Israeli and Emirati elites; eventually culminating in the Abraham Accords. Emails show that Epstein and Sulayem enjoyed an intimate relationship up til his death, including discussions of sexual dalliances, shared travel including to his Caribbean island, and political guidance navigating elite circles in the U.S.
According to the emails, in addition to helping provide access to Israeli medical care, Epstein also collected DNA sample kits for the Emirati royal family which were delivered to his New York home, and helped review early drafts of an English-language memoir published by Dubai ruler Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.
