I went to bed as a child having nightmares of a looming ice Age, only to wake up as an adult to global warming.
I've lived through them all; the coming ice age, ozone holes, acid rain, Y2K, the population bomb, global warming, peak oil, and now Covid and more. Whenever gobs of public money is the solution to a fearful crisis- You know its a con job.
