Ex-Ottawa teacher faces further sexual assault charges for alleged incidents over 20-year span

Four additional people have come forward with sexual assault allegations against a former Ottawa school teacher, police said Friday.

Robert Clarke of Morrisburg has been charged with four counts of gross indecency, two counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual exploitation.

Investigators subsequently looked into reports of incidents that occurred during his time as a teacher between 1973 and 1992.  (more...)
