Correspondence from a Scranton, Penn. attorney indicates that a male high school student who claims he had sex with a high school English teacher will now sue the school district for negligence.
The Citizens’ Voice of Wilkes-Barre obtained a copy of a letter from the attorney, Susan L. Luckenbill. It is addressed to Charles Suppon, superintendent of the Wyoming Valley West School District.

The letter calls the male teen “a victim of sexual assault” who suffered “damages and injuries” as a result of sex with the 31-year-old English teacher. (more...)
Night 2:
In February, 24-year-old math teacher Meredith Powell’s alleged sex romps with male students made worldwide headlines.
Powell, who formerly taught at Lincoln High School in Tacoma, Wash., now stands accused of engaging in oral sex and other sexual acts behind the door of her classroom with at least three different teenage students.
The latest teenage boy to allege that he had a sexual encounter with Powell came forward on March 25, reports The News Tribune.
His story is a real doozy that involves banter right out of a 1970s porn flick.
The Daily Caller remains skeptical that these kinds of things happen in real life, but court documents indicate that the unidentified male student told Powell he would do anything to increase his math grade. (more...)
